Photographer’s Note
I am still amazed at what the little 'point and shoot' cameras can accomplish. Though my main camera body is the Nikon D2x, this little Panasonic can take some really good shots.
Here it was a crystal clear day, good light, and a magnificent architectural building. It must be one of the most photographed in America, but I still fine taking pictures of it when in SLC is a joy.
I use Lightroom for some adjustments a little in PS.
Notice the young couple in the right lower portion posing for a wedding shot.

Hi Gary,
Very good shot, great sky, it's brilliant that you added the young happy (I guess so) couple to the photo - the viewer can see the real grandeur of the church.
cheers

I think that the shot is certainly sharp and colorful, but I think it could benefit from a different angle. As it is, the temple is just kind of "there." Getting up closer with a steeper angle, framing just a turret, maybe zooming in on the couple with the temple in the background (the FZ-50 has a great zoom), would all I think add interest value to the shot.
