In port area of Vizag, India, thick carpets of fish are dried in sun before being taken to the market for sale. Working in these areas is livelihood for these fisherwomen.

hello, vickana

a very realistic and informative daily life shot. crispy detail all through putting this lady accurately in the context of what she does for living on a daily basis. i think, one can sense that the photo was made by someone living in india rather than just travelling through. well done.

my compliments and TFS
kristaps

ps. if you have an imaging program, it should be easy to bring out the details on your subject's face by enhahncing shadows a bit. i tried a small workshop to illustrate, but the shadow/highlight tool is not producing results as nice at the TE size (800 pixels). it should rather be applied at the original image size.

very nice shot..compliments..
bye Giannino
