Photographer’s Note
The oldest part of the town of Hudiksvall is Fiskarstaden, situated around its small fishing harbour. The houses there were destroyed by a fire in 1792, but then rebuilt and they remained more or less unchanged until our time. They make a nice ensemble of red coloured wooden huts built together along a canal. Originally they were used for storage of fishing equipment, but now they are converted into small shops and restaurants (entrances are mostly from the other side where a road is).
I liked their old appearance and also how they were giving life to this otherwise empty quarter.

Kristof,
Your composition is great here giving us a diagonal view of this scene. The reflection adds nice depth and balance to the photo. I like the overhanging tree adding nice framing and an additional point of interest in the frame. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail.

Hi Kristof,
What a fine coastal shot you have here with the traditional Sweedish red and white fishermnen's homes reflecting stunningly in the cam waters of this snug harbor.
Nince warm, ture colors with excpetional sharpness and details to this fine image.
