Photographer’s Note
A second shot from the Arts Tower, part of the University of Sheffield, the highest building of the city, and the highest university building of the country. Is it art? maybe. As monuments to post-war architecture go, it isn't too unpleasant. At least it houses the Arts faculty of the University, including the Architecture department. As a detail, inside is the only functioning paternoster-lift in Britain.
