| This was taken during my business trip to Xi'an, I went up to the mountain and passed through a small village where we found a lady making the Xi'an typical noodles. Actually it is interesting to notice that in China different types of noodles seem to be manufactured in different ways, besides the probable different ingredients. Here stays the record of one way. |

My grandmother and my mother often make this kind of noodles,it tastes good,you should try it if possible.
