Hi Gerald,
Impressive mountain range with that snow on it, gives it a real huge feeling in standing there. Like how you used the river in a diagonal line for the composition, but also how that red/brown tree is playing a colourful part in the image...very nice work.

Veyr nice capture ! Very good pov and nice compo. Specially the partly lit green fields and three triangels in different directions int the lower part of the capture builds a nice graphical effect.

Great shot! The mountains look very high with that snow on them, and the contrast with the blue sky and the blue water is really good. The sun coming on the forest in front of the mountains is a really good touch too, because it gives some definition to the trees and a dash of colour too. Well done!

Encore un très grand paysage de l'Alberta (que je n'ai pas encore visitée). La neige est déjà bien en place sur les Rocheuses. Le cadrage incorporant la rivière est bien vu. L'image me parait cependant légèrement trop saturée.

Stunning and effectively presented. Although you might have benefitted from more light, there is a different ambiance created in this darker setting, with the subtle gleam on the river and the cold, frigid, harsh mountain peaks denoting the ruggedness and potential cruelty of the beauty abounding. Fine work...later.

Hi, Gerlad. A very beautiful mountainscape. The constrast between the snowy tops and the green forest works very well. The river flows into the image in a diagonal line, which is always very good for the structure of the picture. The trees on the left give a good depth to the picture.

One thing that impressed me upon opening this photo Gerald is the flowing lines from the bottom up. The foreground shoreline, the shape of the river in the frame, then the tree line cutting across the frame in the other direction, and ending the framework with the jagged peaks reveals an interesting balance in this photo. I think this is one of your most balanced photos Gerald. Very good pleasing results!

The very striking snow capped peaks dominate the background of this landscape as they move toward the blue sky creating a beautiful color contrast. The lovely foreground of unspoiled river and autumn grasses adds great balance to this beautiful image.

This pic is somehow dynamic - I think it's because of the way the river banks seem to sweep in from either side. The shot is nice and sharp and as always, well framed and nicely composed. Good work.
