This is the kind of picture I always wanted to take. A bed of sunflowers ending in a hill, near Dadia village.

Athanasios,

I think that the picture works very well but a cropping would help much more so you only had the sunflowers.

good photo anyway

cheers

Rolando

These sunflowers with its vivid colors create a very nice pattern and add depth and the view over the vegetation and hill just look great. The color combination is working well too!
Cheers

Hello Athanasios
You must have been delighted to find this subject! I agree with Rolando that a cropped (panoramic format) version would be interesting. However, the trees and hill show us the flowers surroundings very well. Lively colour and the light is good also.
Best wishes Maggie

Beautiful pattern- but I guess light was a bit too steep. HAve you tried to shot same composition during sunset or sun rise? Light would be warmer than..
thanks for sharing.

Hello, Athanasios!
Very nicely composed and colorful image - looks like a painting thanks to the slight focus, concentrated on the foreground. Good choice to leave the background blurred.
regards,
Greg

I looks to me that the sunflowers are bowing to your camera.
Is there anything else to add?

Hi Athanasios,
This is not a typical November photo here on TE, but nevertheless it is a nice reminder of those sunny summer days, with bright colours and the irresistible sunflowers.
Vedrana

I do not know why but any sunflower field is always very attractive for photography. I have seen many pictures and I believe I like all of them. Here, the POV close to the flowers is very nice and the colours are excellent and real. Well done.

Hi Athanasios, Well coloured crop of these huge sunflowers. Always a delight to see both in the fields and in photographs. Good presentation. TFS. Murray.

Hi Athanasios,

I just love sunflowers. It has been a long time ago that I ran around in between the sunflowers in France. Long fields of sunflowers. I once even parked my car on a dirt track in the middle of a sunflower field, just to get a fun photo of the car surrounded by sunflowers.
I really like this shot, but I felt it could do with a bit more punch. Have a look at the workshop and let me know what you think!

Greetings! Dennis

Hi Benisis,
a great photo indeed. Good tones and details. But a different crop with a less skyline could enhance the sunflower IMO.
Thnx for shairing.
regards,
sumit

Hello Athanasios,
what a great POV and sunny view !
I think we all have had enough of winter and that sort of view makes us simply happy about comming summer time.

Framing is not god, light is harsh, flowers are overexposed...
