Hi Amitava. This is a fascinating photo. The translucent ice set against a blue sky and with the sun shining through is breathtaking. Keeping detail in the shadow area with such high contrast must also have been quite difficult. Excellent photo and welcome to TE. Paul.

WOWWW!! what a nice glow!! PP??
i dont mind that though. it looks so out-of-the-world.
and the transperancy created on the ice looks brilliant, looks like a wall of ice.
i have been to this place and it is always a fascinating subject for photography, especially beacuse of the texture and color u found yourself in.
and with a clear sky like that it is always happy clicking!!
