Di tutte le piazze che ci sono li' intorno (Piazza Farnese, Piazza Navona,...) questa e' quella che preferisco e che sento piu' autentica. Assolutamente da non perdere il mercatino di frutta la mattina....e la pizza bianca bassa e croccante piu' buona del mondo!!

Hello Andrea,

I believe this is the Piazza Campo de' Fiori in Rome, where the statue of the Dominican Friar Giordano Bruno stands. On February 17, 1600 the hapless monk was burned at the stake by the inquisition for heresy. The statue stands at the very site where he was burned. I have never been to the spot in Rome, but know the statue well (I am a professor of physics). Thank you for letting us all see this wonderful and controversial place.
