"Parque Nacional das Serras de Aire e Candeeiros"

A rugged landscape, with lots of rocks and some scattered trees...and dry, very dry in the summer. Fortunately it had rained a lot (this year we are still waiting the rain) and this stream is fed by rain.

This view pleased me a lot because it has two waterfalls aiming in different directions. The smooth flowing water agains the pink rocks are giving also a nice contrast...hope you like it too.

Wonderful waterfall shot! I like the way the stream goes around the frame, from the top left around to the bottom right, taking us right from one side of the photo to the other. Excellent colour and sharpness too. Beautiful!

Hi,
Beautiful frame with moving water and excellent green tones. Well done.
Cheers,
Agnieszka

Podes-me dizer onde é isto exactamente?

Excelente compo, nitidez e cores.

Joao,
if I ever get to Portugal I will knock on your door to get you as my guide. Man, you have such a good eye for nature! Your compositions are terrific with astounding angles that put a photography alive. I can literally see the flow of the water passing through this image. I almost can hear the water crushing on the rocks after falling from the cliff and then finally flowing out of the pool in the right lower corner of the image.
Peter

I really like this oblique waterfall view. Very artistic and unique and it showcases your powers as an artist. Very cool!
