Photographer’s Note
I am aware of the "cut" birds at the bottom of the picture but I like the expression of both man and bird standing vis a vis like two players in some kind of game with unwritten rules. Anyway, it was very cold that day on the waterfront and I believe the birds were glad that someone was feeding them.

I like their expression, too. It is so intense that seems they can communicate without talking.
