Photographer’s Note
when my eye captured this scene, it evoked at once the feeling of loneliness linked to most aged people in europe where we seem to have lost that family link...this is my vision of it...

This is a very good composition. Beside the great technical work you did, and as you say "it evoked at once the feeling of loneliness"!

You are so right Eric, in what you are saying. The lonliness that seem to suround aged people in Europe. It is sad, but it's reality. Very good shot Eric. Comp is spot on for the feeling you are trying to show us.

Nicely captured.Down head shows loneliness and his problem towards passing of time.It shows as person start feeling from internally as his/her services are no longer required by community.Materialism has brought this world to this extent where our elders instead of showing a way to us, are sitting alone. Thanks,

Very good frame, you managed to pass the loneliness of this guy in this frame very good, very good composed, I think (not sure) that if you moved the camera a bit to the left it would be better.

Hi Eric, lovely picture, It's a very fine pic, and tender note, I respect your notes, but I refuse to look at someone, sitting alone, also being lonely. But I agree with you that it's often the problem, thus, very well rendered

Très belle photo où chacun trouve son interprétation. C'est aussi ça à mon avis la force des photos comme la tienne, c'est qu'elle nous renvoit à nos propres émotions.

Nice composition. Good capture of a man in his solitude. Maybe a tighter crop on top to eliminate the "line"?
