I like your view for this photo. Unfortunately it is a bit blurry, but the green and orange colours are unique. And I like the shadows of the people on the ground.

I never saw the Eiffel Tower under that sort of lights but it makes a good effect. Your POV is good and quite original too. It gives a real sense of the tower’s size.
For the photo, it has nice distinct colours but it is a bit blurred or lacking sharpness.
