Storm of Pink Photo

Photographer’s Note

Here is another shot from my morning storm chase back in July, this time round i used a slightly larger zoom so instead of my sigma 10-20mm i put my sigma 17-70mm on my Fuji S3 and with a lightning trigger i managed to capture a beautiful lightning bolt.
The sun was behind me although it hadn't risen yet, this is why the colours was so amazing, the sun had risen at the cloud level, lighting it up an amazing pink colour, the sea reflected the light very well and the blue from the foam was the reflection of the clear blue sky directly above me.

I used an ND8 grad filter
