Photographer’s Note
Malta held for the second year its Notte Bianca at Valletta, between the night of last Saturday and Sunday. It's an event that is already overwhelming a number of European capital cities. Lejl Imdawwal, the Maltese adaptation of Nuit Blanche originated in Paris and in these five years spread to several cities including Rome, Riga, Madrid, Toronto and Helsinki.
Streets, squares, gardens, museums, theatres, cultural centres and venues held events of different genre giving life to a unique experience concurrently highlighting Valletta's heritage and culture.
The programme included music, art, theatre, dance, folklore, history, photography, sculpture and much more. There were also included tours to palaces and auberges. as well as entertainment for children.
My photo was taken in the Folkore area.

I liked the mono color of your photo and good canvas made composition older than the time shot was taken.TFS

Hi Marthese,
Very stylish shot. The pose is proud and friendly at the same time. Toning of the picture looks good and is not so often seen here. I guess the girl in the cage does not need further explanations that that it's part of the show.
