Photographer’s Note
Here is a brief explanation of Honda Ôm (taken from http://www.asiapodo.com/infopage.aspx?page=travelTips).
Honda Ôm: At any street corners in Vietnam, we can find men with motorcycles willing to carry you anywhere. This mode of transport is known as "Honda Ôm" or Honda embrace/hug ("Ôm" literally means "hug"). It is usually cheap and reliable although the fare should be negotiated before commencing the journey. The biggest problem is explaining the destination to the driver . So travellers should bring a pen and paper or a map.

Hi Tote
Too bad it's out of focus, it could have been a lovely shoot..

I think this is a very good panning shot, and the sexy girl certainly adds to the impact.
Your framing works well, leaving plenty of space for the scooter to move into. I'd have preferred greater sharpness on the girl and scooter, and even more blur in the background, but I know from experience that these shots are hard to do well, and overall I think you've done very well here.
Good work Tote.
Cheers,
Ben
