Beautiful capture of this screaming seagull against a background that really makes him pop ;-). Only problem is, you've got part of him overexposed. With the Nikon you can easily stop down on exposure for a shot like this, -2/3 of a stop should do the trick, I reckon, but try various settings to see what works the best.

Nice moment and caught with beautiful sharpness and colors. I agree with Bente on the overexposure. It is my experience that if you shoot in raw this kind of overexposure can even be recovered when postprocessing the shot. Nevertheless it is a beautiful shot.

The fact that part of the neck was "burned" does not make this photo less beautifull. Allthough, in the PP I would try to crop top of the picture to make a shape ballance.
