Photographer’s Note
....one more photo from Moesgaard Museum . This time I show you some Bronze Age jewelry.
During the late Bronze Age and early Iron Age ( about 600 - 400 BC ) it was a widespread custom to sacrifice bronze necklaces .
Many of the rings are solid and clumsy, and it has not been a pleasure to wear them.
They were likely used for ceremonial purposes . Very often similar rings two by two were sacrificed in the bogs.
In my workshop photos I will show you Moesgaard Museum , nesteled in the idyllic hills south of Aarhus.

Hi Dorte,
great quality photo. Good focus and optimal light. I only don't understand what is the blue on the bottom right.
Bye.
Fabio.

Hallo Dorte!
This photo - as a thumbnail - was a real eyecatcher: what's that ...???
Here you show us something very special, something very impressive. You used the obviously poor light in a skillful way to present these beautiful artworks in a sharp photo. The presentation fits very well to the grey times they come from, a bit mystic, a bit dark ... Thank you for showing, also for the ws with notes! Great!
Greetings from autumnal Westphalia!

Hi Dorte. Another fantastic shot of these bronze pieces. I imagine the blue thingy at the bottom left is a reflection caused by the glass pane of the cabinet. The exposure is really good, showing the pieces very clearly. Your notes are always interesting too.
Regards,
Andrew

Hi Dorte,
not a typical TE photo, but note and workshops fit perfectly the goal of TE ("seeing" the world). Very interesting and technically remarkable.
Congratulations and good week, Dario.

An unusual shot but still very appropriate for TE.
The bracelets look as if they have just been thrown into the cabinet, but this somehow adds to the composition of your shot. The shadows make interesting patterns in the b/g.
I like this one a lot, tfs, regards Jean.
