Hi Lukasz,
There is a lot of character in this shot and you composed it well and the smile is most natural. The lighting condition is definately difficult and the strong glare from the back is not helping the driver either.I tried a WS so that we can see the driver better. Hope it is helpful.

The face of the man is maybe a bit dark, use the fill in flash to improve it. In all East Asia you can see the same boats, with same people.
