Bryggen (IV) Photo

Photographer’s Note

We are now leaving Bergen wih Statsraad Lehmkhul and these are the last two views of Bryygeen before we come back in about 10 days. The views posted yerterday were taken in the narrow streets that go perpendicularly to the pier, behing the high facades displaid here. The weather is already very cloudy een if it is not raining at the moment and will become even worse for the cruise.

Un petit morceau de cordage en haut à gauche mais c'est une bonne composition que j'aime bien..!

Bonjour Emmanuel,
un ciel pas des plus accueillants, mais certainement un de ceux que j'aime le plus photographier.
Les maisons typiques dont tu as bien saisi les couleurs malgré les lumières difficiles mais pas trop fortes.
Dommage pour ce bout de corde au dessus à gauche qui attire l'attention.

From awesome Ireland, to beautiful Norway, and even more in Bergen case!
You have taken a very interesting perspective from this tipical and impressive Bergen houses, given to the scene an opne angle with global perspective which allow us to see all kind of details.
Great one, in the other senses, light, composition, and shaprness!

Hej Emmanuel,
Great capture of the colourful facades of Bryggen again, but this time seen from the water. The green mountain slopes in the background, with also some (newer) houses built against it look great too. Well done and thanks for sharing!

Hello Emmanuel,
Bryggen seen from the correct point of view... a boat!
There are some threatning cloud hovering above, but you can still enjoy the sunshine...
Good colour and details in the architecture, well done on scanning!

Beautiful place, beautiful shot...but I wish you saturated the colours of the houses a bit more...I feel they deserve it. Well done with the layers, keeping the water in the FG. Lovely shot!
