Hotel near Antalya Photo

Photographer’s Note

There are many huge new hotel in Antalya area, and it is impressive to see them from the sea.
This is one of the first that we saw sailing from Kekova to Antalya harbour, they told me that it guests Russian people.
It was not a good cruise, as you can see: we had bad weather and wind, but fortunately no storm arrived

Hallo Livia!
Here you show us a wonderful, most impressive, nearly mystic light atmsophere. The diagonals of the ridges work very well here. This threatening black cloud really is amazing and it makes the white building a real eye-catcher. A beautiful scenery!

Hi Livia!
A well composed image with the small stripe of water as foreground for the nice hotel and these mountans.Good light in the foreground and a mysterious atmosphere in the background with these dark clouds.

Hi Livia,

they may be huge hotels, but they look like toys amidst this impressive mountain range, don´t they?
And it´s also "impressive" to see the Turkish coast without blue sky and the shining sun ... although I feel sorry for you that you didn´t have better weather.

come fai a trovare delle situazioni di luce sempre così invidiabili?

In questa immagine oltre alla luce mi piace anche l'effetto di "scala" con le montagne che fanno sembrare l'hotel un modellino.

molto bella questa col 300mm zoom! E´ molto difficile perche´ il mare, la nave si muovono, non serve neanche un treppiedi. Buonissimo lavoro, anche la luce e gli ombri sono bellissimi.

Livia, I like the tones here. the clouds bear moisture and threaten over the landscape. The hotel must be a great place to stay below the mountains.

How remarkable this hotel sticks out white towards the cloudy stormy weather, well seen 3-levelled layering on the landscape with each its own light to the mysterious horizont under this heavy sky, one of the most impressive scapped land of your time in Antalya, Livia.
