Photographer’s Note
This white-blue signs means an exit from a highway or other main road in Sweden. In Norway similar sign is used but in yellow-black colours.
Someone can ask "If this is road sign, where is the road?" :) The road is on the top of this small hill. As you can see there are lamps along the road so the must be a road, believe me ;)
