Photographer’s Note
I took this shot at Place Jacques-Cartier in Old Montreal, this guy has been doing his show for ten years now and he is always well appreciated, although he looks very serious on this shot, his show is based on humour while doing different "magic" trick like he said..... and juggling. I like his expression and particularly the expression of some people in the crowd as they enjoy this 20-30 minutes show. Hope you enjoy.
Modifications : adjust brighness and contrast slightly and cropped.

Thanks for the note.
I like the movement effect on that photograph. But I think you should crop the top of the picture because this part is not necessary.
See my workshop.

I am from Canada and know these fairs.. however, I find a lack of focus on this shot - due to the cropping of his legs, the addition of the top of the tree, and the lack of crowd detail. It would not be my selection - sorry

Moi ce que je trouve intêrressant dans cette photo c'est les expressions figées des spectateurs, cà va de l'etonnement à la curiosité (va-t-il se faire mal où non) . Bien vue cette photo prise sur le vif Pierre;

Great action shot, Pierre, the knives being juggled through the air sure look dramatic and the motion blur enhances the feel. Nice how the guy is surrounded by the people, and a fine urban background setting. I like the open-mouthed amazement displayed by some members of the audience. Very good and colorful photo.

A great action shot, Pierre - very well captured. The range of expressions is priceless. I especially like the little girl in red under the performer's leg. Very well framed.

Bravo Pierre.

You need to include his legs man. As it is there is a bunch of wasted space in the top third of the frame. Sorry man.

Hello Pierre, great expressions, that's right. Maybe if you'd cropped the picture to one person behind and three persons in front of the artist, you could have more impact? A good moment captured!
