Photographer’s Note
The massive burial pit at Xian, containing thousands of lifesize pottery moulds of the famous terracotta warriors. An idea of scale, can be judged by observing the crowds surrounding the pit. There are 3 main pits in total. This is pit #1.

Hello Chris,
This is one of the more interesting museums, established in situ as it is!
Seems to be fairly even light, and the exposure is well done...
Your point of view gives a good impression of the place!

Hi Chris,
a well crowded hall, isn't it? A bit lifeless, but who cares ;-)
Impressive view and the depth shows very good the size. The people at the end look like ants. And there are another two. Very good capture for that presentation and graphically interesting with the orange bottom and top green.

Namaste Chris
The sheer size of the place must be an awesome experience. Is this fully covered & lit only by artificial light or filtering sunlight? Lovely colours of terracotta for the excellent wide view.

Hi Chris,
I kappen like many others to have shot the very same angle because I was impressed by the immensity of the place. When I came there it was so full of tourists mostly chinese, that I had to wait some time until I found a place near the balcony.
Good symmetrical shot which gives us an excellent idea of the first impression of the
museum.
last week I found my Pentax Me Super.
Keep well my friend - Izzet

It's an interesting documentary shot.
Sometimes it doesn't have to be just beautiful or artistic to be shown.

Hello Chris,
