Photographers Note
This is the statue of Szent László King [sent laslo](1048-1095), the founder and protector of Nagyvárad (today the city Oradea). He was also buried here. The statue was made in 1892 and is situated in front of the Basilica Minor - a roman catholic curch in the same city. Initially it stood on the central square of the city, but since the romanians gained Transylvania from Hungary, it is set in this new place.
