Hello Biswarup,
First you over exposed the shot at wide angle and that is why the moon is looking like a star here..!! the you took another shot separately almost with proper exposure settings and pasted it on the original..the intentions are very good but these kind of shots are not solicited in TE..
I liked the effect here but also tried to correct it thru a WS do let me know how u like it..??
I will give you points here for the intention you had in presenting this shot..!!

This looks artificial, you should have posted these images separately. But i liked the way you handled the low light conditions of the campus .
