Photographer’s Note
The Oak Alley Plantation is located on the MIssissippi River, between the hostoric Louisiana cities New Orleans and Baton Rouge. The quarter-mile canopy of giant live oak trees, believed to be 300 years old, forms an impressive avenue leading to the Greek-revival style Mansion.
There was continous rain the whole day, which just stopped for a few minutes when I took this picture.

Wow.. it's great view from between the trees and leaves. I have the same style like this picture, but i like your version alot with very good quality and nice colours. thanks for share it, Reinhard.

Salut Reinhard! Ziemlich beeindruckend, fast ein wenig wie mein "Drive Way" - aber nur fast :) Gepflegtes Foto, welches das Suedstaatenflair mit einem Touch "Vom Winde verweht" bestens zur Geltung bringt.
