Photographer’s Note
This was captured at the New Orleans Zoo while on vacation. What inspired me was the fact that so little of the gator's head was visible through the swamp vegetation.
note: after seeing some beautiful pics by other photgraphers I've decided to try adding a frame and new title to this pic. I believe that this really gives photos a professional feel.

Great job, Louis! Beautiful green color and the mouth "cut off" the head gives a very curious look :) The view is just not too frightening because the guy is not looking towards you (us) ;-)

this is a great shot louis ... the photograph looks really grainy, but it's just the surface of the water.
an unusual shot and really intriguing to look at. i hope you get more points for this! you deserve it!!
