It's an interesting shot, but not particularily well executed.
The photo is seriously overexposed, to the point that the signs are unreadable. I'm also distracted by the large amount of pavement in the front.
A more elaborate note would let us know what you intended, and why it was interesting to you.

It is definitely overexposed and probably there was some camera shake too during the half sec exposure. The edges look blurry. These night shots can be really tricky.
