Photographer’s Note

This is a picture of the "Flückigersee" - an artificial lake with a beautiful park around it in the city of Freiburg, Germany. Freiburg was founded in the 12th century by Duke Konrad of Zähringen as a free market town. This lead to its name, which can be translated as "Free (or Independent) Castle".
