Puerto Madero in Buenos Aires.
They say that the bridge (if I recall correctly it's called woman's bridge) was created as an abstraction of a tango movement.

Very good colors and sharpness. I like the combination of yellow and green-blue street lights.
The bridge is slightly over-exposed, because it's much brighter then the skyscrapers under construction. I think it would look better if taken just after the sunset while sky is not yet completely dark. Then you could have both skyscrapers and the bridge properly exposed.
