Photographer’s Note
Yarmouth Tidal Mill, Yarmouth, Isle of Wight was built during 1793 and due to the war with France it was to help meet the increasing demand for flour at that time.
Now it has been converted to private dwellings and has some beautiful views from pretty much all directions. The Causeway which runs in front of it through to Freshwater and then carries on to Freshwater Bay is a wonderful walk for being surrounded by nature. The Isle of Wight is one of just a few areas left in the UK where the red squirrel has a haven.
