Photographer’s Note
in such a urban setting, the full moon rising in all its splendour behind the tree looks displaced, sometimes.
pp: desaturated, cropped, added grains, adjusted curves. the sky had a dirty blue tone.

Isabelle, I found myself more and more addicted to grains with you..I realized I am trying it in many of the pictures I like now...
a picture full of stress...I felt it more or less same with a full moon rising over the highway half an hour ago..2 days ago it was between me and Lesbos on a dark blue sea...should I stay or should I go now ? :))
hugs..

Interesting graphical depiction of technology. The hint of the moon really does the trick. Good vision and creativity.

This could as easily have been called the "Dance of the Wires" for all the fascinating angles taken by the cacophony of overhead wires. The composition pulls the eyes upward along the tall pole to the elaborate display. Noise amplifies noise in this striking image, made more so by the draining out of color. Very nice image Isabel.

Hi Isabel. You went back to an 'old' inspiration and I like it a lot. I love all the strong and bold utilitarian lines that define this picture. The added noise works great to make this scene xtra gritty and forms a nice contrasty backdrop for the moon having a peek with the green traffic lights as her front riders. Great capture!

Inventive as always, I like this development from an earlier theme, the one with white space, which inspired my trolly wires shot. This one is even better with stronger emphasis on te pattern, and your trademark effective se of noise. Point tomorrow.

Já gostava da outra foto que vc tem parecida com esta, mas esta é mais dramática, com toda essa granulação e tons.
Muito boa !
Parabéns !

Good graphical composure and a fine tittle for the almost hidden moon in the back there. Very appropriate post work. Good job Isabel.

The juxtaposition of the moon and the two traffic lights is well seen and quite amusing, and the dark grainy sky really lets them stand out.
The ominous spiderweb of wires above is certainly out in full effect tonight, anonymous infrastructure keeping the viewer firmly shut in.

Interesting composition and angle you got this night sky in - I like the two extra moons as well - On holidays I sometimes takes similar photos - but have never posted - not so artistic how ever as yours - thanks for sharing Isabel.

What a wonderful maze and geometry of wires and urbanity! It actually took me a few moments to find the moon. I thought the street light made nice little "intruder" eyes!

This one i like most of your work... bur even though natural(analogue) noise looks different than digital.

STill can't understand how you can do such great and moody photographs out of telephone and electricity lines. There is always a small intruder somewhere in your photographs that make the composition very creative and original. Excellent.

Well done

Again Isa, this is great. The high contrast with the desaturation and grain works wonders to bing out those lines.

Here's another one with lines, and I think I like this one better than the other one, the graphism works better for me here, maybe because there's more grain in it. I like the strong contrast very much.
This is a scene that you would never find here in the Netherlands. As we have soft soil, everything is underground.
