Photographer’s Note
Taken at the Poring Hot Springs in Sabah Malaysia, a place where you can soak your weary bones after climbing the tallest mountain range in SE Asia. There are also some walking paths through this national park, so I slowly made my way to the tree top canopy walk (with legs feeling like jelly!), and strolled around the roof of the rainforest.
I was lucky that there was absolutely no one else up here, so I wandered back and forth along the bridges for some time in solitude.

Hi, David,
this is a wild shot. Breathtaking in more ways than one. What a view and what a mad climb to reach it. I loved the dappled light and how very far into the shot you can see. See the ropes even for a long way down. This is fabulous. Great job! Regards,
Shelly

Hi DL.
BRAVE HEARTS !!!
Breathtaking !!
Well made shot, brilliant in POV.
The lights give the beautifull depth here, as what you have experienced there...
Admirable, DL...

David,
J'aime bien la perspective, l'ambiance...et je garde de bon souvenirs du lieu...même si je n'y ait point vue cette passerelle: dommage!
Bonne journée.

Hi David,
How excellent it is to spend some time up on the tree top listening to the sound of nature and keeping those legs relax for a while. Good shot.
PS: By the way are you there with the national Rainforest Festival?

Hello David,
I've been on the same canopy a two weeks before ;-) at Poring hot spings park ;-)
My snapshots of this walkpath are blured, but
I will post one of the giant bamboos that you find at the park entrance ;-)
cool

Nice treetop shot David. I like how the exposure makes the walkway look perfectly exposed but the greenery around the path look a bit underexposed, leading the eye right down the path to the light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak. I've always wanted to go on paths like this but haven't had the chance yet. I know there are some miles of them in Costa Rica, Selva Verde and around. One day maybe.
Nice shot.
Good note also.

So how much did you pay for bringing your camera along? i was there too and it was, great...! huh;)i notice this shot lack of sharpness, probably due to the 1/80secs shutter respond? nah, nice holiday dave...

Hi Dave - That looks awesome...and a whole lot of scary. I like your comp, with the end of the bridge in the centre.

Hi David,
I love this shot, simply because of the POV! I would love to be in this place. The shot portrays adventure and the narrow bridge is so inviting.
Well done,
Shaeri

Hello David,
this is real perspective you have captured. i like it very much. Once I went to National Park in Pahang, Malaysia and got the similar shot. Really nice and the experience is also worth. Your dof is really wide here.
nice composition.
