Photographer’s Note
Onomichi is a city of 150 thousand population located about 60km east from Hiroshima city.
Onomichi has been a port on Onomichi Channel since 12th century. On the narrow land between the channel and the mountains, the old town has many closely packed buildings.
I have upped to the Senko-ji Mountain by a ropeway to visit Senko-ji Park and the Senko-ji Temple. It was a fine day..and it was very hot......about 34 degrees centigrade.....
