Photographer’s Note

Yeah, I know, there is nothing new under the Sun. One of the hardest thing is publish something new about Prague...But, since I like this shot pretty much I decided on sharing with You.

Shot was taken at 11:59 am. In Prague. From the tower of Old town's hall. On its wall there is the famous astronomical clock. There is no point to write long-long novels about it, as many more have done it before me.

Hi Szabolcs,

I find this photo very brilliant. Your POV and composition are perfect, and the looking down creates a certain mood. Very good capture of this scene. The wide angle also enhances the feel. Very nice work, thanks for sharing!

This photo is very striking because of its POV. I like your idea of capturing it from the clock tower. The contrast in colours makes the image very dynamic. Great photo!

Fantastic shot! I like the unusual perspective, looking down from high above, almost like we are in the air, in a balloon or something. Nice balance between the buildings and the people, which is what makes this so attractive. Superb!

Very nice POV, and very well composed. It is interesting the angle of the houses, you didn't fall on the temptation of putting it straight, and actually for the people I first thought they were rushing for the buildings (because it seems to have more people there) and only then I realized about the clock tower.

Un POV impressionnant qui montre bien l'attrait touristique de cette très belle ville....que je me félicite d'avoir visitée avant qu'elle ne soit totalement envahie par les touristes du monde entier.

Salut Szabolcs,

J'aime ta capture pour plusieurs raisons.
Premièrement pour le point de vue excellent,
Secondement pour l'architecture interressante,
Troisièmement pour cette foule vue dessus (que fait elle là ? )
L' ensemble est vraiment bien réalisé, si je dois faire une petite critique, c'est au niveau du cadrage personnellement j' aurais réduit la partie inférieure, celle où il n'y a pas de gens et qui à mon avis n'apporte pas grand chose, mais celà reste bien entendu un détail.

I have been in Prague, I have seen this tower, but I didn't know it was possible to climb on it. It looks like it was something I should have done!
Very good and nice POV. I like the inclusion of all the people here. Very good colours as well.

Lehetne regélni az átlóban felező képszerkesztés előnyeiről, a remekül rajzoló objektívedről és még másról is, de a lényeg: ebbe a képbe beleszédül az ember! Baromi jó a térérzet, kiváló kép!
