Women in helmets often remind me of "Aelita", a 1920s Russian science fiction (propaganda?) book about Soviet expedition to Mars with the aim of establishing communism... Aelita, the queen of Mars, was also wearing those futuristics helmets...
A good friend of mine, artist Boris Zlotsky, also has his version of Aelita...

Both faces are priceless here. They have an incredible cinematic feel. But so has your entire scene. It could be a David Lynch movie in b&w. An intriguing picture. Like it very much.
