Photos

The picture shows a sign, letting people know they are now entering the small town of Delsbo in northern Hälsingland, roughly in the geographic middle of Sweden. But it also shows the entrance to the town's cemetary, all shrouded in a misty bleakness.

I grew up not far from where this picture was taken, and even though I really have nothing bad to say about my hometown, this image sort of represents what Delsbo means to me now, on an emotional level.

(The thing is, I never intended for the picture to turn out like it did. When I took the picture, it felt tongue-in-cheek and not negative at all. But that's obviously not how it turned out...)
