well, the one reason you probably won't get too many WS is the size of the file you've posted - only 41967 bytes, meaning its already heavily compressed (you can see compression artefacts around the edges).

as far as the photo goes, I do like the truck that's half-hidden in the dust, I do like the colours. what I don't like is the fact that the photo seems to be somewhere half-way between showing two concrete women walking along this fairly difficult road, and showing a more abstract scene - "dedicated" to all women that carry heavy loads and never complain. if your intention was the first, then more detail of their faces should be visible, hopefully - to show what they feel, otherwise there's no "contact" between the viewer and the subject. if, however, your intention was the latter, then may be a different point of view - I keep thinking about a lower POV and more to the right - could've emphasised the distance the women have already walked, and that it hasn't been easy since all the dust would still be visible. but this is just thinking aloud :) as I said, already as it is, the photo is very illustrative, I just think you could improve the shot even further.

sorry for this somewhat lenghty comment, but then again - this photo made me stop and think.
