Photographer’s Note
Hello folks.
This photo is from a carshow held every Wednesday evening during the summer in the town Oskarshamn. This car is a Dodge Custom Club Coupé 1948. I have searched for more facts of this specific car model but only found out that it has a 6 cyl engine, weight 1630 kg, length 520 cm, width 180 cm and there are two doors (of course, as it is a coupé) and it has got six seating places. This particular car was in a very good condition (= well restaurated). And it is made in the USA, of course.
PP-work done:
Cropped
Cloned away one person at the rear end of the car and a street lamp seen above the roof.
Changed highlights 4%
Changed shadows 2%
Increased contrast +8
Resized
Sharpened one step
Framed

Hi Per,
Yeppp!
This babe made me breathless.
It is so clean, so handsome and so bright.
Your POV, inclusion of the figures and reflections on the babe, and your applicaiton of pp resulted perfectly. I like it :)
Cheers,

Hi Per, A gorgeous motor, I love the low POV, it gives that air of superiority to the car, the colours is great & the light perfect, you have captured the shine superbly, nicely framed, nicely composed & TFS, kind regards Wilson.

Hello Per,
Good point of view adds dynamics to the composition!
The shiny veteran car is nicely captured, I can even see the reflection of the photographer in the bumper...

HI Per,
I'd like it even better with out the 2 background people but the close framing and the low pov give an excellent impression of this oldie and we can well see all the chromes shining, a very luminous image.
Have a nice sunday JY

Hello Per,
wonderful car and picture. The people give a scale but the low POV makes the car even bigger. Bright colours and sharpness. Congrats.
Cheers,
etlerl

Hi Per, This brings back some memories as this is almost like our family car as kids, maybe 1950 but same shape. This one seems to be almost mint condition. Very good clear photo from this angle. Good work. Murray.
