my daily view Photo

Photographer’s Note

May daily view from my livingroom.
But only sometimes there is so beautiful light like last tuesday.
Here is a closer view at this watertower.It`s the home of an architect and his family.
I sharpened and added contrast:+8
The next day the light was simillar and I went oout for shooting.I`ll post soon an image.

Beautiful view indeed. The colours of the sunset are very nice. and the silhouettes add nice points to focus on. Nicely composed picture with excellent combination of shades. Nice capture Leo :-)

Your daily view is enough to make anyone get seriously jealous. Those colors are not daily colors btw???

Tremendous sky, Andreas and I love the watertower - I bet it makes a fantastic home, I'd love to see inside it!

The heavy clouds at the top of the image are wonderful, so deep in colour and your composition is very nice with just enough of the black silhouettes to give an idea of the landscape but with the emphasis clearly on the sky. The white frame is a nice final touch.

Andreas who would want to move to another place when you can have this kind of view almost every day. Paradise? Perhaps. I like the details on the lower right and think it would make its own beautiful zoom capture complementing the one you already linked to this photo. Also I do hope that the last application is sharpening and not adding contrast after. I always apply the smart sharpen in CS2 and then apply the Save for Web feature to size the photo just under the 200kb limit. Seems to work for me. I just may be ranting on over nothing..and made a big deal over the order you listed how you processed your photo. Thanks for the view from Paradise!

Hallo andreas. Sonnenuntergang. Abendstimmung. Welch erhabener Anblick. Ich dagegen blicke leider nur auf einen Parklplatz und die gegenüberliegenden Häuser.

You are indeed blessed with a great vista...I like the fiery cloud at the top, which forms a blanket, with the nicely silhouetted tower and homes. It is amazing at how many different varieties of water towers there are - some are mere concrete cubes and others have real character, like this one. A nice capture.

Hi again Leo,
The colors are beautiful here with excellent silhouettes. The red glow on the lower side of the clouds works very well here and is nicely placed at 1/3rd of the top of the photo.
