Waiting for boats Photo

Photographer’s Note

it was a fine summerday and the canal that goes through the city were peaceful. I just had to take a picture.

The canal is used of many tourists in the summer to get from 'Vänern', the biggest lake in Sweden, up to the smaller lake 'Glafsfjorden'and to the city Arvika.

I added the frame in PS.

Hello Marlen,

it is a very nice compositition, but I think the sky is a bit to "white". Maybe difficult to have a more "colored" (blue) sky with the sun in your back, or that might depend on the camera you use ? Or perhaps using the wrong settings ? I hope you don't mind my thoughts about it...

This is a well composed image with good lead-in lines!
It is a great place, and crusing on a boat on a fine summer day with camera in hand must be delightful...
The sky is a bit overexposed, maybe a polarizing filter will help!
