Photographer’s Note
This was a first for me in two regards: 1st w/new camera & 1st attempt at macro. These are some climbing roses that are growing along a trelis on the side of my house. We've had them for several years and I've been dying to take a shot at them.

Great first attempt at macro shooting! I love these roses and grew them myself once. I also had them growing on a trellis, loved them very much. Thank you for reminding me how lovely they were. Wish I could remember which variety they were, so I could plant them again. I love your compostion here as well as the DoF. Good job!
