Photographer’s Note

I no longer remind myself institutions of camera,
but I know that I had been incinerated during taking these capture, by rapidly arriving skater behind me. For this reason category transportation.
I know, however, that a lot of people in the Netherlands transport themselves this way to their work if it is beautiful weather. Shot is tasks just a few hundred meters of the border with Belgium, in area forests this real paradise for walkers and cyclists, of course skaters too.
If I can believe my eyes, this colours are truth, no further PP. Just resized & cropped.

Very beautiful,Yes,colors are real & attractive,I like it,Don!
a bit overexposed in top(right & left)but I think is not a major flaw,still i like the composition ,too.you managed the depth of perspective in center & I think this worked cleverly,very good work you did.

Great colours, and since I skate alot as a menas of transportation I get the category, and it does resemble paradise for people with wheels under their feet. :o)

Yes, it's a nice place over there! I skated there myself! And it's not only a great place to skate, I see, but also to make pictures! Nice shot!

Slightly over exposed in the top corners but fortunately does not distract from the great photo that it is. Imagine all our transport systems were like this....

Ook hier bestaan de grote clubs van skaters, en deze halen zeer hoge snelheden, tussen de 35 en 40 km/u, dus u zou door minder verrast worden zo van achter u. Prachtige diepte en goed voorjaars foto.

Great photo! I like this composition with "the light at the end of the tunnel". Well captured.

Very fine work Don - I like the way you composed the image with the lane at the left - good choiche. The trees also well captured - and the skater (even small) add extra to the image.

The overexposed background hard to avoid - I know the problem - but in this case the image actually gain by this (my opinion)

Very good composition with good colours, it is an interesting place.
Technically there is a problem in the picture, it calls CA-Chromatic Aberration, you can see the purple fringing in the branches where the contrast is very high to the bright sky, this CA is a function of how the lens can cope with colours, you can see a better explanation in the next link:

Great tree boulevard picture with colors that work good together. The endless path is indeed inviting for a walk or a bike ride. It somewhat gives a flat feeling which I understand is very typical to Netherlands
