Hey, wish I was in the middle of those hills instead of sitting in Shanghai right now ;-)

A lovely shot of the last rays of sunlight on distant hills. The layering on this image is really interesting and the space between the foreground and the BG is thrilling. However, I find that the balance of your colours as well as the way you have framed the whole is not as powerful as it could be. I have given you my view of a possible alternative version in a WS.

For this classic view, I like to think that a more square format works better as it leaves the eyes wondering from one corner to the centre to another corner, etc. In this high vertical version we get either stuck in the over-exposed hills/sky or the dark FG.

In any case, it was a good sight to capture and a picture that can be worked on. TFS!
