Hi Greg,
This is a weird atmosphere, mainly gaining its power from the interesting gradient in the sky. Lines askew with the horizon and layers of sea, sand and land create a nice depth. Tiny figures add a different feeling of lonelines. Earthy and unearthy at the same time. I like it. Cheers,

Un postraitement dont tu gardes le secret permet de mettre en valeur cette plage que tu affectionnes particulièrement.. Par contre il y a des aplats de teintes visibles dans le dégradé du ciel. Sans doute une extension des niveaux en mode 8 bits.

j'aime beaucoup ton PP et les teintes gris marron sont impec pour donner une ambiance figée et comme JP oui le dégradé en a pris un coup c'est pas le tramage qui a fait çà ?

Hello Greg,

Une belle plage aux couleurs désaturées ! Cela rend la scène hors du temps ! Il manque juste quelques baigneurs avec des maillots d'époques. ;-)

This has a great tonality to it, better than most B&W conversions I've seen. The way the sky goes from light to dark in particular is very interesting. Nice texture with the rocks too. Well done!

Yo Greg!

I really like how you've used nice soft pastel colours in this landscape. I feel it gives the picture a multi layered approach which is pleasing to the eye. I also like the simple but effective composition.

This scene is quite unique, as the filter you used produces a dramatic result that works. I am glad you included the rocks in the foreground to give body and balance to the frame. Very fine work and a most artistic presentation. Cheers...later.
