[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi,

Janitzio Island in Michoacán state. Located in the middle of Pátzcuaro Lake, a statue of José María Morelos y Pavón (an outstanding general and hero of the independence war) was placed in the summit. The community has preserved its traditions along the time, such as the "celebración de los muertos", when the fishermen take their boats with their butterfly-shaped nets lighted with candles to navigate on the lake.

Hello Alonso,
First, thanks to have visited my gallery.
As you say in your presentation, you are right to be proud of your birth in Mexico. It is a beautiful country i hnow by cinema or photo. Your photo is impressive by the position of this island in the middle of this lake, whole covered by buildings. Because the size of the view, we cannot see a lot of details, but your composition is good. May be it was possible to have another point of view for a position not centered of the island. Despite it is a good work.

Une ville sur une île, ce doit être magnifique d'avoir toujours la vue sur la mer. J'espère qu'il y a un chemin pour s'y rendre de l'autre côté. Belle prise de vue, bon éclairage et excellente note.
