Photographer’s Note
On Bruny Island, a tasman island near Hobart, most of the roads are gravel roads, and the houses are quite hard to reach for the Post Office ! So you can meet raws of mailboxes all along the road, each person building his own (buckets, rubbers or jerricans are commonly used, sometimes with a lot of imagination... (we met a shark for exemple ;)

Hello Marion, Thank you for the link to these mail boxes, over 500 people have viewed these & not not one critique, I hope you don't me writing one., maybe people don't find them interesting, I aways thought them interesting and in some way unique. These you have captured are very typical & I think tells us about the Australia away from the city & it's weird & wonderful people.
