Photographer’s Note

Jølster lake as seen from Skei in Sogn og Fjordane County in Norway. I was driving by here one morning and saw how the water was totally still and just had to have a picture of it. You can see the orange shine of the morning sun on the snow covered mountain tops. As for the technique, I concentrated on using a high F-Stop of 10 to get a big depth of field and keep the image sharp.

What a beautiful place and you have captured nicely. The reflection is outstanding with great color and depth. The lighting and colors are great with nice sharpness and detail.
