Good capture of this double portrait, (they seem to be sisters),looking quite natural, even though they are posing and I thought at first that it was a carnival scene, because of their 'flashy' clothes. Their smiles are contagious and I like the tight framing. Thanks for the note too.

Hi Jose,

After exchanging information with you, I can only say that you’re doing a great job managing exposure and proper focus. But more important than that, you’ve captured a unique moment of extasy, a sheer emotion of fun and excitement.

I really like the fact that your two subjects are looking at different places, so we have a sense that they are not posing, but rather enjoying the moment. The colours are vivid, but according to what we were discussing tonight, I think the contrast might not be strong enough. The photo lack some dark zones and this is something your histogram should have been able to signaled.

I have done a workshop on it and according to what I was expecting, I think it works, to my humble opinion. Please let me know what you are thinking, you’ll be the judge... ;-p)

Un interesante retrato, me gusta que las dos chicas estén a diferentes alturas porque de este modo la composición está más equilibrada, has capturado un momento muy alegre y de gran naturalidad, quizás le falte un poco de fuerza en los contrastes pero esto no daña tu trabajo, el resultado es muy bueno, transmites a la perfección el momento que viviste.
